Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. The User's use of the Information System means acceptance of this Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

1.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Policy, the User must stop using the Information System.

1.3. This Policy applies only to the Company's Information Systems. The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access through links available on the Company's Information System.

2. Subject of the Privacy Policy

2.1. This Policy establishes the Company's obligations regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of confidentiality of personal data that the User provides during registration and use of the Information System.

2.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Policy is provided by the User by filling out a registration form on the Information System and includes, but is not limited to, the following information:

• last name, first name, patronymic (if indicated in the identity document);
• contact phone number (home, mobile, work);
• data certifying the User's identity (Individual Identification Number (IIN), date of issue and validity period, series and number of the identity document (or its replacement), issuing authority);
• information about the registration address at the place of residence;
• email address;
• information about the place of work (position, degree, title, full legal name and type of organization);
• any other personal data necessary for registration and/or use of the Information System.

3. Purposes of Collection and Processing of Personal Data

3.1. The Company may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:

• identification of the User, including during registration in the Information System, and creation of a User account, to ensure proper functioning of the Information System;
• providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Information System;
• establishing communication with the User through any available communication channels, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Information System, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User;
• confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User;
• providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained in the Information System;
• providing the User with effective customer and technical support when problems arise related to the use of the Information System;
• providing the User with updates, special offers, information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Company or on behalf of the Company's partners;
• to form a unified database of participants in events organized by the Company, as well as to publish their results;
• distribution of advertising and/or marketing materials, sending invitations to events conducted and/or organized by the Company, conducting marketing campaigns, surveys and research;
• and other purposes not contrary to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Methods and Terms of Processing Personal Information

4.2. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4.3. The Company takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

4.4. The Company, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

5. Data Security

5.1. The Company takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures aimed at ensuring the security of the User's personal information from accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of information.

5.2. The security and protection of the User's information also depends on the User. The User must take all available measures to ensure data security (login, password and other data to which the User has access).

5.3. The Company is also not responsible for user actions aimed at bypassing any privacy settings and/or violating security measures that the User must comply with.

5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Company is not responsible if this confidential information:

• became public domain before its loss or disclosure;
• was received from a third party before it was received by the Company;
• was disclosed with the User's consent.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Before going to court with a claim on disputes arising from relations between the User and the Company, it is mandatory to file a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

6.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing about the results of consideration of the claim.

6.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority at the location of the Company in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. Additional Terms

7.1. The Company has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User's consent. All changes take effect from the moment they are posted on the Company's Information System. By using the Information System, the User expresses explicit consent to the terms of this Policy in the manner provided by Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection".

7.2. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Policy by familiarizing themselves with the current version.

7.3. Further use of the Information System by the User after changes are made to the Policy is considered unconditional acceptance by the User of these changes.
